FLEET AIR ARM
DIED IN THE SERVICE
OF THEIR COUNTRY
AND HAVE
NO GRAVE

On the 3rd of June 2014 the former RNAS Lee-on-Solent & HMS Daedalus airfield held a memorial service to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings. The service was followed by a flypast with aircraft from the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the RN Historic Flight including a poppy drop in the Solent.
