Market research phone calls ask the oddest questions sometimes. "Have you had any problems getting up or down stairs" (research for a stair lift company) followed by "Have you ever taken out a loan with Payment Protection Insurance?" (research for lawyers) followed by "Who is your energy supplier?" (research for an energy supplier?) followed by "Would you be interested in receiving a phone call about switching?" (researchtelesales for an energy supplier!).

I felt a bit mean answering all the "would you consider donate to such-and-such charity" questions with "don't know", but really I don't know unless I actually look into them and decide if I really want to donate to them or not. That answer also goes down surprisingly well with charity stalls in the shopping centre!
