Hmm, I wonder if my mini r/c helicopter has enough lifting power to carry a small wasp-destroying rocket...

Does James May know the difference between a tyre and a wheel?

I just post this here because it came up as buzz about the T.V. program 'man lab' and I can find no contact details for them on the BBC site. I only ask this because I generally approve of James May's extreme pedantry, but why did he present a guest changing a 'punctured wheel' in record time. Dear James, it is the tyre upon the wheel that is punctured (or more likely let down in this case) - the wheel is unaffected. We need to beware the scourge of modern men growing up with basic miscomprehensions about motor vehicles.....

I'm not sure when I became a forwarding address for the BBC... :)

I believe there is an email address shown in the program, but I can't remember off the top of my head what it was.

Whoa! Quick response - I looked everywhere - I assumed that since your blog shows up on the BBC site as 'buzz' that my response might show up there also. Hope you don't mind the hijack? ;)

Heh, no worries. I'm just amused that the BBC has linked to my blog.

"Flies deserved a sporting chance, but wasps I'm afraid are one of the creator's errors"

TOO TRUE

I want one,

No it's not overkill. It's necessary.
The wasps must die

Except I want one that's more effective and doesn't destroy the sandwiches
